Rendering by Clarke Caton Hintz

Design and planning are nearing completion for a new, 41,000 sqft residence hall at The Hun School of Princeton, a private day and boarding school for 6-12 grade and post-graduate students.

C. Raymond Davis & Sons is providing Design-Build services in partnership with architectural firm Clarke Caton Hintz, DCI Engineers, McHugh Engineering, and Van Note-Harvey Associates.

The three-story dormitory will house 114 students and 12 faculty families with space for 60 dorm rooms, eight lounges and kitchenettes, three outdoor courtyards, and 12 faculty apartments.

Designed to LEED standard, the building will be equipped with a solar-paneled roof, EV parking, monitored energy use, and state-of-the-art air handling.

The project is slated for completion in the fall of 2025. We are thrilled to be working with The Hun School on yet another exciting project!
