C. Raymond Davis & Sons is headquartered in the Philadelphia suburb of Kimberton, PA, with branch offices based in the heart of historic Princeton, NJ, and Bolton Landing, a town on Lake George in the Adirondacks of Upstate NY.

Kyle Davis
Principal and Chief Executive Officer
A third-generation Davis, Kyle has worked at C. Raymond Davis & Sons for over 40 years, beginning as a laborer during college breaks while his father, T. Raymond Davis, ran the family business. After receiving his degree in Business Administration from The King’s College, Kyle began working full-time in the accounting department, progressively transitioning to the role of Chief Financial Officer, then to his current role of Principal and Chief Executive Officer. Kyle is a dedicated leader committed to preserving the high standards of quality and service that have defined the company since its founding. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, vacationing in the Adirondacks, and tirelessly cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
Mark Schulz
President & Chief Operating Officer
Mark has worked for C. Raymond Davis & Sons for over 15 years. Having begun his career as an architect, he possesses a unique insight into both the design and building sides of the construction process. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark has acquired extensive expertise in institutional, commercial, and residential construction in various project management and executive roles. As President & COO, Mark directs the daily operations of the company and utilizes his depth of technical expertise by overseeing CRD’s preconstruction phase services. Mark is a diehard Eagles fan who enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and vacationing in the Outer Banks.
Daniel Donatelli
Chief Strategy Officer
Dan has worked for C. Raymond Davis & Sons for over 25 years, initially overseeing the marketing department before being promoted to various leadership roles that included overseeing the daily operations of the company. As Chief Strategy Officer, Dan oversees CRD’s mission, strategic vision, and business growth—a position he doesn’t take lightly, though not without a few jokes involved. Dan is passionate about lifelong learning and seeking opportunities for the growth of CRD, both at the individual and corporate levels. Outside of his work responsibilities, he is actively involved with several Christian humanitarian relief and development organizations. He is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and vacationing at the beach.
