Project Superintendent

Established in 1928, C. Raymond Davis & Sons, Inc. is a family-owned and operated construction management firm headquartered in suburban Philadelphia. We are currently seeking a project superintendent based in the Greater Princeton area.

In this role, you will:
Supervise all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day issues, and inspecting work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients as well as proactively communicate deadlines, expectations, and critical issues.
Take responsibility to ensure a safe and injury-free jobsite.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
Experience overseeing institutional, commercial, and/or high-end custom home projects in the $1-10 million range.
Strong initiative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Experience with Procore a plus.
