A Family Dream Brought to Life on Lake George
The CRD Adirondacks’ team recently completed this new, 2,581 sqft custom home on the shores of Lake George in Bolton Landing, NY. Our clients' dream was to build a year-round lake home with enough space for their family to gather together and make memories.
Designed by Rucinski Hall Architecture, the residence combines warm, inviting interiors with expansive outdoor living spaces that capture the beauty of the lakefront setting.

The project began with demolition of the existing home and extensive site preparation, including ledge rock blasting and removal. Our team worked closely with the homeowners on value engineering, providing cost-effective alternatives for several finishes that maintained the design intent while keeping the project under budget.
Inside, the home features wood accents, a stone fireplace, a cozy reading nook, and a bunk room over the attached 2-car garage. The main floor contains the primary suite with a private deck and bath, an expansive great room, a dining area, the kitchen, a mudroom, and a laundry room. The lower floor has two bedrooms, a full bath with a tiled tub & shower, a common area, and a kitchenette.
Outdoor highlights include three Trex decks, two covered porches, stone retaining walls, an outdoor shower, and a custom fire pit.
The home is clad in Diamond Kote siding with an asphalt shingle roof and stone foundation walls.
Delivered on time and under budget, this project reflects CRD's commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and client delight.
