As CRD’s Director of Residential Construction, Al oversees our high-end residential division from project conception to completion. Al possesses a diverse skill set and over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He spent 13 years working for C. Raymond Davis in the early stages of his career, beginning as a sitework superintendent and then progressively transitioning into successful site supervision, project management, and estimating roles. He then spent 13 years with another firm where he supervised and estimated highly complex senior living, multifamily, healthcare, commercial, higher education, retail, and site projects.

Besides extensive technical expertise, Al also brings a meticulous eye for detail and vast knowledge of the construction industry, including the residential, institutional, and commercial markets. He has also estimated, managed, and physically built numerous high-end custom homes throughout his career.

Combining a high standard of craftsmanship with a natural ability to build relationships with clients and business partners alike, Al is perfectly suited to lead our residential division in its mission to construct superior quality custom homes while providing an exceptional level of client service.
