We are proud to partner with Gemma Services in bringing to life a new campus for its Martin Luther School in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Currently underway, Phase 1 of the project involves transforming an 80,000 sqft office building into a state-of-the-art academic center featuring over 30 classrooms, two cafeterias, counseling spaces, administrative offices, a library, and more.

Phase 2 will include the construction of a 27,000 sqft addition with a multipurpose gymnasium, locker rooms, science labs, music and art rooms, and a black box theater.

Designed by Kimmel Bogrette Architecture + Site, the new campus will serve approximately 350 students from across the Philadelphia area in grades K–12, providing a comprehensive educational experience in a modern, student-centered setting.
