Private Residence, Haddonfield, NJ - Best Residential Project Over $10 Million / ABC Eastern PA / Best Residential Project Under $15 Million / ABC New Jersey

This luxury residential project included new construction of an 11,297 sqft home, 3,133 sqft indoor sports court connected by a porte-cochére, and a 570 sqft fully finished pool house. The project was designed by Asher Slaunwhite & Partners and features interiors by Bergman Vass and landscape design by Hess Landscape Architects.

The Hun School of Princeton - Poe Dormitory - Best Institutional Project $10-20 Million / ABC New Jersey

This project involved constructing a new, three-story dormitory for The Hun School of Princeton in Princeton, NJ. The 41,000 sqft residence hall includes 60 dorm rooms, 9 lounges and kitchenettes, 12 faculty apartments, and 3 outdoor courtyards. CRD served as Design-Builder for this project in partnership with Clarke Caton Hintz.

Wissahickon Valley Boys & Girls Club - Best Institutional Project $5-10 Million / ABC Eastern PA

This project involved new construction of a 27,000 sqft clubhouse for the Wissahickon Valley Boys & Girls Club in Ambler, PA. Designed to serve as a vibrant community hub for young people, the facility features a state-of-the-art gymnasium, tutoring and kitchen demonstration classrooms, recreational spaces, a boardroom, and offices. The project was designed by Charles Cross Architecture.

Private Residence, Tafton, PA - Merit Level - Best Residential Project $1-5 Million / ABC Eastern PA

This project involved constructing a new, 10,762 sqft custom home in the Pocono Mountains. This expansive two-story family retreat includes a finished basement and attached garage, blending luxury, function, and natural surroundings into a refined mountain getaway. The project was designed by 39° North Architects.
