As a CRD Project Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force on the jobsite, responsible for ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll lead from the front, supervising projects valued at $10-20M+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activity, ensuring excellence in execution

• Coordinate subcontractors, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum

• Interpret construction documents and enforce strict compliance with plans & codes

• Ensure seamless communication with clients, architects, and internal teams

• Maintain an immaculate, safe work environment—because nothing is more important than safety

• Manage permits, inspections, daily reports, and punch lists

• Deliver on-time, within-budget, and beyond expectations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a Construction Superintendent role (Custom home experience is a plus!)

• Proven success managing large commercial or institutional projects

• Strong tech skills: MS Project, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Procore

• Excellent communicator, natural leader, forward-thinker
