What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate, detailed, and well-organized estimates and proposals

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents

• Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews

• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids

• Develop and help manage project budgets and preliminary schedules

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients

• Collaborate closely with project managers and firm leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of estimating experience (senior-level candidates encouraged)

• Experience in general contracting or construction management estimating strongly preferred

• Please note: Experience limited to a single trade (e.g., electrical, mechanical, etc.) is less aligned with this role

• Background in commercial, institutional, and/or high-end residential construction desired

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with estimating software (Sage, Pipeline, or similar)

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
