What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate, detailed, and organized estimates and proposals

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents

• Perform quantity takeoffs and scope reviews

• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids

• Develop and help manage project budgets and preliminary schedules

• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients

• Collaborate closely with project managers and company leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of estimating experience (senior-level candidates encouraged)

• Experience in general contracting or construction management estimating strongly preferred (experience limited to a single trade (electrical, mechanical, etc.) is less aligned with this role)

• Background in commercial, institutional, and/or high-end residential construction

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with estimating software such as Sage, Pipeline, or similar

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our headquarters in Kimberton, Pennsylvania.
