CRD Welcomes New Senior Project Manager, Joe O’Neill

C. Raymond Davis & Sons is pleased to welcome Joe O’Neill to the firm as Senior Project Manager. Joe will lead institutional and commercial projects based out of our suburban Philadelphia headquarters in Kimberton, PA.

With over 20 years in the construction industry, Joe brings a proven track record of managing complex projects across the institutional, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. His expertise spans every phase of the construction process—from preconstruction planning to successful project closeout.

Known for his technical acumen, collaborative leadership style, and strong communication skills, Joe has earned a reputation for building trust with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams alike. His ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and keep projects on track aligns perfectly with CRD’s commitment to quality, safety, and client service.
